You choose you.
Your choices define you. Every day your life is full of choices. Do you choose the best and healthy one's for you? When faced with the following choices, what do you do? What direction does this lead your life, to happiness or to unhappiness? Your answers define who you are inside and out.
Do you get up in the morning and think great things can happen or do you get up instantly worrying about what may happen?
Do you begin your day with a healthy breakfast or do you skip the most important way to get your "engine" going?
Do you make the conscious decision to exercise your body each day or do you choose a sedentary lifestyle?
When faced with a challenging situation, do you take the time to think things through or do you react too quickly, allowing your emotions to take over.
When dealing with difficult people, do you take the high road or do you get right down to their level?
Do you judge people quickly or do you try to find a common ground.
Do you criticize others to benefit yourself or are you constructive when trying to help others?
When you're wrong do you apologize or don't you?
Do you allow negativity to enter your life or do you quickly disregard it like the piece of trash it is?
Do you talk bad about others or do you resist the temptation?
Do you try to understand other's point of view or is it your way or no way?
Are you happy for other successes or are you jealous.
Do you think why me, poor me or are you proactive in making good things happen in your life?
Do you spend more time or more money on the people you love?
Are you just waiting for others to make mistakes or are you compassionate?
Do you order a burger, salad and water for lunch or do you supersize your meal?
Are you fully responsible for your life or do you blame others?
Are you nice to be nice or nice to get what you want from others?
Are you friendly or are you grumpy?
Do you choose to see good or choose to see bad?
Do you have friends of convenience or friends who you honestly care about?
Are you a good role model for those who are looking up to you or do you not see opportunity your given to guide others?
Are your actions driven by fear or by what you truly believe in?
Do you allow yourself to be human or do you agonize over your mistakes?
Are you proud of the way you answered the previous questions or in other words, are you proud of the way you live your life? Are you like me, still needing to fine tune a few areas? Think of yourself as a constant "work in progress" that gets better each day. Your actions are always choice you make. Your choices always make up who you are and what you stand for. Everyday you have the opportunity to make the right choices for you. Do you?
