Here are the Top 10 Signs that you're well on your way to a healthier life....
1.) You need to go shopping for a new pair of jeans. You need a smaller size!
2.) You caught yourself smiling for no particular reason today. You're feeling good about yourself!
3.) The words "great attitude" where used in your last evaluation at work. You got a raise!
4.) You wake up refreshed each morning after a sound night of sleep. You're thinking clearer throughout your day!
5.) Your gym membership card is worn out. You've become quite a regular!
6.) You no longer need to take prescription medicine. You've taken control of your health, and now you've got extra money, too!
7.) You actually look forward to your daily workouts. Who would've guessed this would happen?
