    Leigh Ann Has been teaching fitness classes since 1991, has been a personal trainer since 1993 and a health club owner since 1998.

    Her personal philosophy in fitness and in life, is that you get out what you put in.

    She believes that being healthy means creating a balance in life.

    This balance includes physical fitness, mental strength, smart nutrition and proper rest.

    Her fitness classes and training session are full of variety, challenges and most of all fun.

    Karlen lives in Claremont and is originally from Costa Rica, where he worked for The Body Gym for 2 years. There he learned techniques that are both unique and valuable to the fitness industry. He has recently completed his training here in the states and is excited to teach what he has learned to others. He loves the fitness field and enjoys working with all populations including the beginner to the advanced athlete. Personal training allows Karlen to help people with their personal goals and their overall health, this is his passion. Twisted Fitness is both excited and lucky to have Karlen training people at their facility.

    Each session is approximately an hour in length. Your first session with Dawn will include filling out a Health History form and a question and answer session to establish the safest and most effective program for you to reach your goals.

    Dawn has been in the fitness field since 1985 when she began teaching aerobics at Gloria Stevens in Claremont. Since then she has become a certified Personal Training and has always worked in some type of fitness facility teaching classes and personal training. Dawn presently teaches a multitude of structured classes including; women and weights, interval class, kick-boxing, core solutions (combo of pilates, yoga and old fashion floor work) and many different styles of step classes. She is also a licensed massage therapist with a in depth knowledge of anatomy and physiology helping her understand the body and all it’s unique movement patterns. The different styles of classes and massage background all have influenced her Personal Training style. Dawn specializes in injury prevention, functional training and recovery from accidents and surgery. She believes you should workout so you the energy, stamina and strength to live the life you want!
