| What
is a Workout?
A workout is 25%
perspiration and 75% determination. Stated another way, it’s
1 part physical and 3 parts self-discipline. Doing it is easy
once you get started.
A workout makes you
better today than you were yesterday. It strengthens the body,
relaxes the mind and toughens the spirit. When you work out
regularly, your problems diminish and your confidence grows.
A workout is a personal
triumph over laziness and procrastination. It is the badge
of a winner—the mark of the organized goal-oriented
person who has taken charge of his or her destiny.
A workout is a wise
use of time and an investment in excellence. It is a way of
preparing for life’s challenges and proving to yourself
that you have what it takes to do what is necessary.
A workout is a key
that helps unlock the door to opportunity and success. Hidden
within each of us is an extraordinary force. Physical and
mental fitness are the triggers that can release it.
A workout is a form
of rebirth. When you finish a good workout you don’t
simply feel better.. you feel better about yourself.

Tips:
Start with
a small and attainable goal. For example, begin with 15-20
minutes of exercise 3 times a week. Gradually increase the
amount of days and time you’re exercising. Record your
progress. Keep a exercise log of what you’re activities
are, include both successes and struggles. Think Positive.
Attitude is everything. Think of yourself as a healthy and
strong person and you will be!
Keep consistency in your workouts. Don’t
go more than two days without physical activity. You want
to keep sending that repeated message of exercise to your
body. This is what will change your metabolism for the better.
Keep variety in your program. Your mind & body will get
bored if you don‘t! Change it up, your body will respond
positively to the different challenges. You will be less likely
to plateau!
Reward yourself regularly. As you achieve
your goals treat yourself to something special! Remember exercise’t
cant do it all. Try to also make smart and healthy food choices,
drink lots of water, and get proper rest.
